Audio Popping Crackling Both Windows 11/10 on 3x PCs Different Peripherals and Spec. (Issue unsolved 1 Year Later)

I have dealt with this issue for nearly a year fully now. Rendering my PC's Useless for Gaming on 80% of games. and Youtube. This issue mainly effects Bass notes. But can be erratic, usually when changing volumes or popping after gunfire or during engine noises. The issue is also shown through ANY DEVICE, Monitor / Headset / Speaker. And I have moved Properties 3x So local Electric issue the issue. This issue presenting Itself on this Spec System early 2024 January. it is Presenting issues on my friends PC and my Newly built one I made to conquer the issue. Ryzen 7 5700G
