I had to reset my Laptop and completely factory reset everything, but when the factory reset was complete, I loaded into my laptop and now the Audio and microphone both do not work. I've tried updating my drivers (through device manager and control panel) by my computer says they are up to date. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, and I've tried resetting windows again, and none of those solutions work.

I've also followed other tutorials, and none have been useful in resolving my issue. Has anyone else struggled with this? For the record, my Laptop model is: HP Envy x360 Convertible15-ed0xx running Windows OS on an x64 based architechture
