Audio keeps pausing on Windows 11 when using Bluetooth devices

[Windows 11]

As the title suggests, when I'm connected to any Bluetooth device my media that I'm playing keeps pausing every few minutes (Spotify or Youtube are the once I mostly use). I have tried with 2 different devices and the same thing happens with both of them.I run Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2 if that matters. i have tried looking for answers but i cant seem to find anything about it.
