Audio from Pc is playing through Headset Microphone

Whenever I am playing Spotify or i am watching a video while on a call with someone on discord, the audio from Spotify or the video would play through my mic for some reason. My mic has been completely fine until now and I cant find a solution anywhere, I have tried everything, I have gone into the properties of my mic and have fiddled around with all the settings and it still wont work, I have turned the microphone boost down to 0, I've unchecked listen to this device and I've unticked allow applications to take exclusive control of this device and changed the default format.
