audio error in Microsoft Windows 11

When run an application in Windows 11, and then starts a new application, or when I start a VirtualBox virtual computer. Then the audio will stutter, or disapear. My audio is connected to a professionel audio mixer on USB port. The sync between audio and video can also go out of sync. I see this as a BUG i Windows, or a BUG in Focusrite audio mixer.
