Audio driver issue

Everything was working fine until i decided to update my audio driver because of a light buzzing sound in the microphone I went to realtek website and installed the latest 64 bit one this is when the problem started I've lost all audio from my laptop it shows no output device is installed. And there is no audio, video and game controller section in device manager. I've uninstalled all devices and restarted my laptop. I've installed the audio driver which is provided in manufacturer(acer) website. There is an yellow exclamation mark for multimedia audio controller in device manage I've tried to
