Audio and Mic not working

I already tried everything to solve this problem. My Youtube gives me the "Audio Renderer Error", Spotify gives me "Cannot play this song right now".My problem is, when I have audio (only for a while and then stops working), I have no mic. When I have a mic, I have no audio.(Desktop)I already unistalled and installed audio drivers (motherboard and realker), nothing,On "Device Manager" I deactivated, reactivated, searched for new drivers updates, nothing changed.Restarted the "Windows Audio" Service, nothing.Restarted my PC, nothing.Updated Windows 11 to the lastest version, still not working.U
