Attempting to run this application always results in a crash with a .NET runtime error ID 1026 in event log

As soon as I open the app, it crashes and event viewer provides this error log:Application: Smithbox.exe CoreCLR Version: 8.0.23.53103 .NET Version: 8.0.0 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
