Attempting to Reset PC and remove everything with a clean windows installation. After making the selections with the "Reset this PC" tool, the PC restarts and it goes straight to BSOD w/ code "System thread exception not handled". The PC then boots back up normally and the "Reset this PC" tool says that something went wrong and the reset was cancelled. I did some research and saw somewhere it could be an issue with the windows backup image. So i created a new recovery drive via a USB stick and tried to boot into that by changing the boot sequence from the BIOS menu. I again got the same error
