At the windows sign in screen I am face with an error prompt.

While trying to sign in to windows I had two options to sign in, either by fingerprint mode or by using the keypad to enter pin.Both options became non-functional.I was trying to troubleshoot a device driver problem with event code 400.I am still working to resolve this issue but in the meantime positing the error.
