So hallo and thank you in advance. I am neither very computer savvy nor a native speaker (German) I downloaded the Windows 10 Tool in an internet cafe on a USB but could not access the file.I replaced the broken hard drive. I could not access the USB, so I thought I would be smart to install Windows 7. Lol. I tried resetting the CMOS batterie but somehow after trying and hitting many buttons on the setup page I gave up No Internet connect, and I could not use the USB either. Now what can I do to uninstall Windows 7 and get Windows 10 (11 doesn't run on this old laptop)...I am impressed already
