I have an Acer Aspire 5740 running on Windows 7.
(Please note - this is NOT an ASUS laptop !)
It has a Qualcomm Atheros AR5B93 Wireless Adapter.
I keep getting messages from Microsoft/Window (?) Action Centre stating :
"Solve a problem with ASUS Wireless Driver - ASUS Wireless Driver has stopped working".
I repeat (with emphasis) that I do not have an ASUS computer and no ASUS Wireless Driver - at least, none that I can find after long searches 'buried' somewhere in my Acer Aspire 5740 laptop.
So, whilst I occasionally apparently have a problem with my Qualcomm Atheros Wireless Adapter which ceases to operate (and I have to shut my computer down and reboot to restore wireless connection) why do I keep getting this ASUS Wireless Driver message ?
Thanks in anticipation of your replies.
