ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 Windows(?) system acting up

I have a bit of a pickle and I'm not sure if there is any real way of explaining it. So, about a week ago, this problem came up. Basically, most of the time, when I hit either the button on the bottom right of the screen to view the simple stuff like the battery percentage, volume, and internet (the button with those icons on it), about a fifth of my display becomes inoperable. I mean that it will still display, but I cannot interact with a single button, not even use my mouse scroll wheel on that fifth of the screen on the far right side of my display.
