As of today, is it safe to install Windows 11 24h2?

I installed the windows 11 24h2 last time (around 1 month ago) and it caused my computer to have VERY slow and laggy startup, occasional blue screens and everything was a mess, until it ended up destroying my RAM.I had to replace it, do a reformat, and now that my PC is back to normal. Now, it again shows the 24h2 update available. I'm actually afraid to do it again only to end up having my PC having issues again. I wanted to know if all issues are fixed and the update is safe to install?Thank you!
