Arzopa Portable Monitor Not Working via USB-C – "Device Descriptor Request Failed"

Hello,I recently purchased an Arzopa portable monitor, but I’m facing issues when trying to connect it to my Acer Predator Helios 300 (PH315-53) running Windows 11.Issue:When I plug the monitor into my laptop using a USB-C to USB-C cable with HDMI(lapop) to mini-HDMI(monitor), it briefly powers on, then goes black and displays "No Signal". In Device Manager, I see an error: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)However, when I connect the same monitor to another laptop, it works perfectly without any errors.Current Setup & Tests I’ve Done: The monitor works with HDMI + U
