Are there two versions of Windows 11 Pro? A standard version and an "N" version.

In a previous discussion concerning a camera that did not work with Windows Hello, a guy said he was using Windows 11 Pro N, and his camera did not work with Windows Hello. Then after having problems with his Windows, he reinstalled a copy of standard Windows 11 Pro and now his camera works with Windows Hello. I never heard of the "N" version of Windows 11 Pro.Is there such a thing?
