Are all "Microsoft Support Specialists" AI bots now, or do they just let AI bots do their thinking?

If one more MVP, Microsoft Support Specialist, or other supposed M$ representative suggests running SFC or reinstalling Windows when someone has a problem, I might scream. Has anyone ever received a reply from a semi-official representative that shows any insight at all?
