Archiving Files to .zip Messing Up Order Of Contents

Hello,For the last few days I have been struggling to string together a datapack and get it to work - however, looking closer, I realized the zipping progress was skewing my entire folder out of order, adding an extra folder to get through that cannot load and keeping the contents within sealed away.(Examples)Unzipped:Upon zipping:As you can see, it duplicated the files in a different folder named the same as the other. This happens with Windows archiving, WinRar, and 7zip. I can't figure out what is causing this to happen.Thank you in advance for any help provided.
