Arc Touch Mouse doesn't work

The mouse used to work, but one day after connecting the adapter from it to a PC with linux, it stopped working everywhere (it was checked on many computers, and it doesn't work on them either). Windows sees the mouse (Microsoft Nano Transceiver 1.0), mouse and keyboard control center is installed and there the mouse is also detected. On the mouse itself the laser is lit and the indicator above the “wheel” is green, but when you press buttons, movement and scrolling does not happen anything.
