Apps starting without being on startup

I've disabled everything on Startup by checking the startup files (shell:startup) and task manager. I also disabled everything on Task Scheduler but somehow geforce experience keeps starting on it's own (I know this because I had a notification when I opened Rocket League).I would like a solution that does not require downloading anything
