Apps Start Acting Weird When I Plug in Wireless Mouse and Keyboard.

When I have a wireless Logitech mouse and keyboard plugged in, apps will occasionally start not working properly.For example when I have Spotify playing on my computer, It will start shifting really fast backwards through a catalog of songs, even when its not directly on my screen. Other apps will also start going backwards in their own way for example,my editing software will start playing the video backwards without me being able to stop it.
