Apps not working in Windows 11

Ever since I updated my computer from Windows10 to Windows 11, I've encountered many problems. The most serious one is that I can no longer open the Microsoft Photos app and Phone Link. I tried to fix the problem by resetting, restoring, and doing everything that I could in the photo app settings. Nothing worked. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but as soon as I start the installation on the Microsoft Store, it cancels itself.
