Apps can't run on your pc

[Windows Server]

I need help my pc was functioning properly and all of a sudden some applications just stopped showing Icons and when I try to launch them they give me this pop up massage "This app can't run on your pc to find a version for your pc check with software publisher" how do I fix this?
