Applied Windows 11 update, now PC won't start up

I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 (I had to enable TPM 2.0 in the bios to apply the update), and the PC has been working OK since then. Then Windows automatically applied an update a few days ago (maybe it was 24H2 - I didn't note it down), as well as a few hardware related updates (Intel). Again, thought nothing of it, just applied the updates.Now the PC won't boot up. It starts to boot, the motherboard logo appears on the screen for a brief second, then the PC powers down again and restarts.
