Application ScreenXpert for my ASUS Zenbook is not working. Cant open it, my touch pad does not show the numberpad.

I up graded Windows 11 from Home version to Win 11 Pro.now my touch pad stop working properly, the numbers won't shouw up, and de backlight either turn on. At Asus they said this was a ScreenXpert aplication issue and I should contact you directly.need help!
