so i just opened my computer and the first thing that came up is OBS. And it keeps popping up and it says "obs is already running!" and i dont oftenly use obs, i opened task manager and at first, the task manager was able to close all the obs window, i searched for that type of bug and i got none. Then, i thought that was a virus so i try to open ccleaner (mind that i dont oftenly use ccleaner as well, i just opened it now) but the problem now switches to ccleaner, i cant do anything and i cant also close it, its popping up but slowly, i tried the same method, the task manager, but this time,
