App-V Packaged Applications - Save and Open Dialogs extremely slow

Hello everyone,Ever since we've upgraded our school machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11, some of our App-V packages have been experiencing issues. The save/open functions of these applications has become extremely slow to point it crashes the application and takes around 10 minutes just to get a dialog box to show which is still very sluggish when browsing folders etc.I have narrowed it down to App-V in particular as when the application is packaged as MSIX, the issue disappears. Out of our 50-odd App-V applications only 2 (at the minute) are experiencing this slowness.A video demonstrating
