App freezes and weird effects in some apps

recently my pc started acting weird and idk if thats windows problem or something else, some apps freeze until i leave to the desktop and open the window again, and in some apps i see weird graphical bugs and they fix when i leave to the desktop (without turning off the app) when i was installing new drivers my pc blue screened but i installed new drivers and it didnt help.(i have a laptop)gpu: gtx 1650 ti cpu: intel i5-10300H
