Apostrophe key not working (actually Grave accent key)

I struggled to find, why my apostrophe/grave accent stopped working.Let's call the key grave key from now on, it is the key below Esc, above Tab and next to 1.I installed few programms, visited some pages, that may have harmful content, my antivirus got upgraded etc.So there were multiple variables and I struggled for several days.The problem:- The grave key was not working on my account (others accounts and login screen was working ok).- The grave key was vorking when I keep it pressed, but then it wrote multiple ones.What was wrong?I also changed shortcut for keyboard layout to be changed us
