Apex Legends not launching on steam using windows 11

I recently purchased a new pc and it's running windows 11, I'm coming from windows 10 so I'm learning. But when I go to launch Apex Legends from Steam, the game doesn't launch and tells me "running install script (Microsoft VC Redistributable)" Please help me fix this so I can grind ranked with the boiz.
