I have been having fairly frequent crashes, with APC index mismatch and IRQL not less or equal being the most common errors. I have followed online bsod guides and have already
Here are my system info and mini dump files.
At this point I would just like to know what is causing these errors, thank you for your time in advance.
Edit: after posting the pc crashed with the error Kmode exception not handled with this minidump

- checked for out of date drivers
- made sure windows stayed up to date
- tested ram with memtest86 both in dual channel and each ram stick individually with no errors
- completely reinstalled windows twice (lowers the frequency of the crashes temporarily)
