I can't figure out any other way to share this information, but I was able to delete the file. I tried using the command prompt, but it was showing up. I had to open "C:\Windows\System32\drivers", then search "elvid.sys", and delete it there. I know there aren't too many people with this issue, but I wasn't able to find a solution online.
