Anyone know how to fix this repeating sound effect issue?

I have had this issue with my computer where it keeps playing the two same sound effects over and over repeatedly. I own a windows 11 PC and I've researched into it, and it seems to sound similar or exactly the same as the windows hardware insert and remove sound effects. I have tried disconnecting extra devices plugged in such as my camera, USB type C, and even my extra speaker. Anyone know what this means or how to fix it? It's been driving me insane...
