anyone know how to fix Bluetooth error code 43 ?

Im using a MSI B650-P motherboard and it does support Bluetooth 5.3 but i can't use my bluetooth because it's saying that " Window has stopped this device because it has reported problems ( code : 43) but the guy at micro center said this motherboard does support bluetooth so any fix?
