Anyone have trouble with signing out of a profile from the Start menu?

Working on creating a new image to transition my company to Windows 11Pro. I have captured an image to a USB key using a brand-new laptop. When setting up the laptop and preparing it to capture the image, I ran all Windows updates and Dell Driver updates that were available, and I can deploy the new Windows 11 image via the USB key to a machine successfully. The issue arises once I add the newly imaged machine to the company's domain and move it from a container to an OU, then I have a bit of trouble signing out.
