Anyone encountering internet and Bluetooth issues after Windows 11, update KB5040527.

Just updated to Windows 11, KB5040527. After restarting Windows, I had lost all internet access.I tried restarting internet adapter but it didn't work. Quick look at the tray both airplane mode and battery saver symbols are grayed put. After checking my Device manager it looks like the Media Tek WiFi adapter and Bluetooth are both not working..Any suggestions on what to do next?
