Anyone else’s brand new custom built pc freeze up every time you open it

I have a new pc that i build about 3 months ago that is having some problems. For some reason when i open it and boot to windows 11 it freezes comepletely after about 30 seconds, and when it unfreezes sometimes it freezes again shortly after. And when i say freeze i mean i cant do anything, i cant move the mouse, close windows or do anything with the keyboard. Most of the time it goes to blue windows error screen after a while and restarts but when i open it again it freezes again.
