Anyone else having issues with Township new update?

Need help with new update for Township.I can not get the new update for Township. I tried the Microsoft store but the update isn't available there. I tried to load the game but it stops with a window to update, I clicked on update for new version and it takes me to the Microsoft website but it still will not update. Please advise, I have no way of letting the game developer know that I'm having an issue here. Thanks!
