Any way to get a valid digital license other than to buy it?

So I've been trying to activate windows 11 on my computer but it says either my product key or digital license is invalid. I just checked my product key and it was right so it had to have been my digital license. I just want to know in order to get a valid digital license if I need to buy it or if there is another way to get it valid without having to buy it. If there is another way to get it valid please tell me how, this problem has been very frustrating.A few side notes: I built my pc at home and the error code is 0x803FA067. I've already tried troubleshooting, it has not been very helpful.
