Any refresh rate above 60hz horizontal lines on monitor

HelloMy last question/posting was about a problem I was having where a constant black screen was covering most of the desktop except for a small strip at the very top of my monitor that was clear.After following suggestions posted as answers to the question I ended up resetting windows completely and the black screen was gone.Now when I go to settings>system>display>advanced display to change my refresh rate back to the highest allowed by the monitor in question (144hz) I am met with the same black screen with the same small strip of desktop on top as before.Is there a way to fix this
