Any idea what the issue could be or where I can find a list of the error codes & meanings?

Im trying to upgrade from windows 7pro 64bit SP1 to 10. When i run the media creation tool I get an error saying There was a problem running this tool. Error code 0x80072F8F - 0x20000.
