Any idea about this crash error? Frequent issue

I recently built my pc last week. After getting all of my drivers up and running, I experienced frequent crashes for anything from loading up a game, to just logging into my pc. Crashes are inconsistent as well, with them being either screen freezes, BSOD, or just a force restart. The crash reports are not appearing in my Minidump.
