Hi ,
On my laptop installed with Windows 10 pro, I did remove Quick Heal antivirus completely after expiry (+3 days).
It was then noticed that, Windows Defender service is still in turn off state, which means the system is vulnerable for the attacks. I did reboot my laptop many times but still the situation remains same. “services.msc” shows the defender service as not running and start up type is shown as manual.
What could be the reason ? I could see from event logs that, the Quick Heal was successfully removed and one of its service,"ScanWSCS.exe" was removed from security center database because the problem was un-installed.
Is it a problem from Windows Side?
