Antivirus definitions

When I go to view installed updates in Windows Update History all my updates install EXCEPT the antivirus definition updates for Windows Defender- KB2267602. It shows Failed to install - 0x8024000b. When I run the troubleshooter it doesn't find any problems. Running Windows 10 version 1803. Use McAfee Live Safe on one of my computers and Avast Internet Security on the other as my active security programs. Both computers have been having this problem for several months now. What is interfering with or preventing the installation of the Windows Defender antivirus definitions and how do I fix this?
