To give context, this issue started last week, probably since the lively wallpaper was added from the update it brought it in, because before that this issue was not even existing. More over, when pressing the power button, my laptop boots up like usual and takes a minute or so to show the log in screen (odd since by default my laptop has fast boot up and it never had an issue with booting), then it takes another minute to display everything on screen after I log in to my user (which is really suspicious because again, this never happened before).
