Annoying chime that wont go away. Windows 11

I just built this brand new system. I installed windows 10 Pro and after checking the system was eligible to upgrade to Windows 11. I did so and at the time of all of this I did not have speakers connected so I am not sure when the chime started happening. It happens now every few minutes.
