I have an HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ac0XX laptop running Windows 10 Pro 1903 os build 18362.418 which update claims I'm completely up to date. I have a Samsung galaxy S9 running Android 9 with all the latest updates from Samsung and Verizon. I am trying to stream video from my android phone to my PC. The 2 devices connect and I get the Android screen displayed on the PC. I start Netflix, Verizon Fios TV, Amazon to show a video. I get audio and I get all the control screen to pause, select close caption etc... but no video on the PC. It is playing on the phone just fine. I can rotate the android screen. I can seem to do everything but see the video. The Laptop has a 4K screen and resolution is set to 3849 x 2160. Android is set up to 2960 x 1440. I have tried adjust resolution thinking that might be the issue but doesn't seem to be the problem. Can anyone explain how I can be connected, displaying android screen but as soon as I start to stream I get the audio but no video except all the screen controls do show up just not the video itself. Both phone and PC are on the same wifi. What am I missing.
