Hi, I am currently running Windows Vista in one computer and Windows 10 on another .I want to upgrade my windows vista to windows 8.1 instead of windows 10. Can someone please tell me how to upgrade to windows 8.1 and from where to buy the product key to activate windows 8. I want to buy a genuine product key with permanent activation.
