An unknown folder found in downloads section.

I saw an empty folder named "Windows Input Experience" in my downloads section, which i have not downloaded or created, where did it came from ? i seaarch about this named folder , and got information like it collects or manages the inputs from keyboard and mouse, it is some suspicious thing, should i worry about it ? one more thing i want to tell that creation time of this folder shows 2:44 am , but i remember at exactly this time i turned my pc off.
