An excessive amount of Rundll32.exe opening in the background

I recently had to make a new user on my computer and deleted my old one because it was compromised. Everything was going perfectly fine, but when I got home from school today, I found that rundll32.exe was opening itself alot again, when I checked my task manager to see what was going on, i had 2,376 background processes open and a vast majority of them are Rundll32.exe I don't know what to do and I don't want to have to delete my user account and make a new one again, someone please help me, it's slowing down my pc and it makes doing things like playing games really bad with all the lag stut
